Bill was extremely helpful in marketing my home for sale. He listing my home on the internet and news papers. He gave me many suggestions to help me with the sales process. He also recommended a local attorney and moving sale company. They both were excellent. He has excellent local knowledge of properties and was very responsive to the many questions I had. I highly recommend Bill as a real estate professional.
A big shout out to Larissa Troy for all of her hard work is selling my house where others failed. She was professional and knowledgeable from the listing of the house until the closing. She has her pulse on the Hamptons market and really went the extra yard to keep ahead of any surprises. I have been a real estate investor since 1991 and she is the best realtor I have worked with. I would recommend her to anyone that wants to deal with a direct and upfront realtor.

I used Town & Country Real Estate agents Jeanmarie Bay and Marie Bransfield to sell our mothers house in Greenport. We closed October 1, 2019. The entire process was very professional and totally stress-free. Both Jeanmarie and Marie were very helpful to me to always be available to get the house ready for closing. I live in Quogue so they saved me a lot of time and travel not having to go to Greenport. Marie beautifully staged the house.
