This past Friday Patrick Galway, Manager of our Westhampton Beach office, held an open house at his new listing that has an indoor basketball court. Patrick creatively held a free throw contest on the court where over 70 agents participated – the winner to receive a bottle of champagne. While many participated in the contest, more importantly, all got to view this magnificent 12,000 sq. ft. residence that includes the half basketball court with radiant heat as well as tennis court, high speed elevator, 12-seat theatre, pool and poolhouse – to name a few of the amenities.
