Born in Bronxville, NY, Tracy Annacone's parents moved the family to East Hampton in 1973. Growing up in the restaurant business in the Hamptons, Tracy learned early what customer service was all about and has successfully transitioned that to a career in Hamptons real estate.

Raised in East Hampton, then raising her own family here has made Tracy familiar with the area and all it has to offer. Her experiences with Main Street businesses, local schools and life on the East End make her an invaluable resource at Town & Country Real Estate.

Tracy enjoys working with people and is gratified when she is able to find them their place on the East End of Suffolk County Long Island.

Due to her strong local connections and outgoing personality friends were constantly advising her to get into real estate. The advice hit home. Finally taking the plunge with Town & Country Real Estate, each day Tracy looks forward to putting her love of local real estate, her knowledge of architecture, her familiarity with all levels of East End life and her belief in diligent customer service to work in her new career.

When she's not working late into the evening at the East Hampton office Tracy enjoys playing softball or tennis, traveling and relaxing on the beach with friends and family.

Tracy was our second real estate agent. Our first agent was pushy and clearly out for herself. Tracy was different. Tracy quickly learned what we wanted out of a house -- what lifestyle we lived, how we planned to use it and the style of house we preferred. She also learned quickly what our budget was and was a great help in that regard. While she would occasionally show us houses that were "on the high end" of our budget -- they were always exactly the type of house we liked (and sometimes wished we could swing!).
