"My father is a builder and my twin sister and I grew up on his jobsites. We loved exploring the framework, learning about all of the tools and machines, and were curious about plans. We grew up dreaming about building our own beach house on the dunes here in the Hamptons. Now, I work with my clients to help them build their dream homes and I love it."
Rachel's innate curiosity and drive to design led her first into business working with her father then to real estate where she specializes in new construction and land development. She is currently developing spec homes and is instrumental in a series of development projects with a variety of builders and architects here on the East End.
"I like that real estate is different every day," Rachel says about real estate in Quogue and the Greater Westhampton Beach area. "For me the perfect Hamptons home is open and bright. You want that summertime feel. That beachy Hamptons lifestyle with amazing views."
It is that unique perspective and ability to see the potential in a parcel of land that Rachel uses to advise her clients in ways few other real estate agents in the Hamptons can. From the initial development of architectural plans and permits, through all phases of construction including the final details and finishings, Rachel works to give her clients exactly what they want and everything they didn't know they needed in their Hamptons home.
