Nick Brown’s lifelong connection to the Hamptons provides him with an unrivaled understanding of the area and a unique capacity to offer customers guidance while looking for a second home or summer rental.
A native New Yorker, Nick grew up on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Since day one, Nick has spent weekends and summers at his family’s beloved 18th-century barn in the Springs section of East Hampton. Nick graduated from Connecticut College in New London, CT, and has since worked on Wall Street running Brill Securities, a New York City investment group. The financial acumen he has gained over 25 years of experience in that industry enhances his ability to serve his customers’ real-estate needs.
Well before getting his real estate license, friends and colleagues often looked to Nick for guidance and direction when searching for a special second home or Hamptons summer rental. Locally, Nick works with Town & Country Real Estate's licensed real estate salesperson Marguerite Davidowicz, who brings her own expertise as a full-year resident, throughout the entire home search and real estate transaction. Working together, customers can expect care and attention and as much handholding as desired throughout what may be a challenging process.
Nick resides in the West Chelsea neighborhood of New York City with his partner and their dog Beulah, with whom he still retreats from the city spending as much time as possible on the East End. In the summers, Nick can dependably be found on the Amagansett beach that he has frequented his entire life.
