Marina Martielli
Licensed Associate Real Estate BrokerHamptons-based licensed real estate salesperson Marina Martielli is no stranger to Eastern Long Island, having moved here with her family over 40 years ago. While she has witnessed many changes, the natural beauty and the resort-feel of the area remain. Growing up, she was fascinated by the contemporary architecture on Dune Road, the manicured estates on Gin Lane, the pristine farmhouses and rambling homes on back roads from Remsenburg to Orient Point.
A graduate of Westhampton Beach High School, Marina has lived in Denver (where she worked in restaurants); Manhattan (where she worked in advertising); and Baltimore (where she clerked for a judge after graduating from the University of Maryland Law School). Marina returned to her familial home in East Quogue in 1999 where, among other things, she practices law, creates sculpture, continually expands her flower and vegetable gardens, and takes as many walks as possible. She enjoys the fresh seafood, wonderful produce, and the ever-growing variety of wines the area has to offer delighting in the fact that within the succession of well-maintained villages that she thinks of as "home," she can buy everything she wants. Adding real estate to a long list of what she enjoys doing was the logical next step for a woman passionate about where she lives and about sharing it with others.
An upbeat and positive thinker, Marina's diversified work history has, as a common thread, the desire to assist people and help them get what they want. Whether it manifested as negotiating a condominium purchase in Montauk or assisting clients to sell their home in East Quogue, her goal is to ensure that others attain their goals and find what they are looking for in the Hamptons.
