I have been meaning to write to thank you for all you have done for me. I hope this testimonial will be of great use to you! Marguerite is truly a Godsend! I have had the pleasure of working with Marguerite on two separate occasions during my search for a home in the Hamptons. Marguerite takes the time to get to know all of your wants and needs and then works diligently to find the right home based on her research. Marguerite also helps you stay grounded and guides you every step of the way. Finding a home in the Hampton?s can be daunting, but when you have a professional who truly knows the lay of the land and carefully explains the reality of what is available, I have total confidence in Marguerite?s ability as a realtor and I highly recommend her services. Any number of realtors can help you find the right house. Marguerite will help you find the right place to call "Home"! That makes all the difference!

My husband and I are absolutely delighted with the home Marguerite found for us. She listened closely to our specifications from the very beginning and only showed us properties which met them. Once we identified a neighborhood we were fond of, she went out of her way to discover the newest listings in that area. She was also full of useful information about the East End, especially regarding family activities. We truly enjoyed our time with her, she is a warm, wonderful individual.

Even though my listing was my own home I learned quickly that no broker should ever sell their own property. I handed it off to Marguerite Davidowicz who handled the sale professionally and with a huge amount of patience and fortitude during the emotional ups and downs. For that my husband and I will always be grateful.
