Linda Kabot served for 14 years in Southampton Town government, including 8 years as an elected official. In addition to her extensive knowledge of land use and zoning regulations, she has in depth experience with real estate sales, rentals, subdivision, construction, appraisal, contract negotiations and innovative marketing. In addition to her work as a permit consultant, Linda and her husband Lance have personally subdivided land, developed properties on speculation, built homes, as well as bought and leased their own investment properties.

In her first 3 years as a realtor with Town & Country, Linda Kabot is approaching $25 Million in Hamptons Real Estate sold or in contract. Linda Kabot is an honors graduate of Westhampton Beach Schools and Hobart and William Smith College. With close ties to the community, where she lives with her husband, a retired school teacher, and her three sons, Linda is a supporter of various local charitable organizations. Prior to working at the executive and legislative level of local government, Linda worked as a professional photographer and also as a technical writer for a Washington DC-based defense contractor. She returned to her Hamptons hometown to raise her family.

As a government leader, Linda Kabot earned a reputation for being honest, fair, meticulous, hard-working and independent. She has received special recognition and certificates of achievement from a number of community groups for her advocacy, leadership, and tireless commitment to the betterment of the community.
