Kathy Carey Strom

Kathy Strom is a hard working real estate professional who takes full advantage of Town and Country's vast resources to deliver optimal service to her clients.

In achieving her client's needs, Kathy finds herself becoming very involved with the people she serves. In turn, many of them ultimately become friends, as they truly come to rely on Kathy's honest guidance, reliable nature and willingness to accommodate their needs well beyond the closing table. As a result of her exceptional work, Kathy enjoys continuous referrals from a chain of satisfied customers ~ the highest compliment of all.

Originally from Westchester, Kathy earned a BA degree in accounting and a Masters in Chinese History. After living in Asia for 10 years, where she worked for the CPA firm Coopers & Lybrand, she returned home and applied her service skills as a recruiter in the investment banking industry. In the late 1990's she moved to Westhampton Beach, and subsequently found her niche in real estate. Kathy is effective at what she does because she knows how to listen attentively then respond to the needs of her buyers and sellers alike. Besides believing in staying in constant communication with her clients, Kathy feels it important to educate them on the market continuing throughout their transaction to inspire sound decisions.
