Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker Licensed as Herbert E. PhillipsHerb has been a broker in Westhampton Beach since 1980, and has lived in Westhampton/Quogue area his whole life. For 15 years Herb was the former chairman of the Southampton Town Zoning Board of Appeals. Prior to that he was a member of the Westhampton Beach School Board for 11 years, having served as President twice. Additionally, he is a Past President of the Westhampton Rotary Club, and has been a member since 1983. In 2012 he sold his company, Phillips Beach Realty to T&C.
